Here at TWEQS, our intent is to create products and services of exceptional value. We work hard to ensure these materials deliver the features and functions that people need and we carefully test them to meet their criteria.

Due to our wide variety of products and services we have different warranties for different products and services.

Since our products are custom produced just for you with your design, we are unable to except returns. However, if you find that the product you ordered does not match the general specifications (i.e. color, image resolution, all kit parts) that were identified in your order then we will make our best efforts to provide you with a corrected replacement.

If any products are delivered and do not fit the specified vehicle model we will gladly cover the shipping and handling fees to provide you a replacement part that fits your specified vehicle model.

Products not made by TWEQS generally carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty. Beyond the standard manufactures warranty, TWEQS does not make any warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability for any particular product.

No cancellations will be accepted 24 hours after an order has been placed.

You should expect to receive your kit about 2 weeks after you complete your order. We process each weeks order and send out proofs for you to review and approve before we produce your graphics. Our preferred carrier is UPS and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once your kit leaves our facility. Most large packages arrive at their destination in 5 business days.
